• **Billing Cycle:** All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis.
• **Taxes:** All prices are inclusive of GST.
• **No Refunds:** Payments are non-refundable.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and subscription. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.

4. Limitation of Liability

Dev Billing System is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these terms without prior notice.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, India.
