Service Cancellation

Since our services are primarily digital, once funds have been successfully added to your wallet, they cannot be cancelled. The top-up process is instantaneous and is considered final upon confirmation by the payment gateway.

Refund Policy

• Successful Transactions: Once the amount is successfully credited to your wallet, it is non-refundable. You can use this amount to avail of our services.
• Failed Transactions: If a payment transaction fails, but the amount has been debited from your bank account, the amount is typically automatically refunded by your bank within a few business days. This process can take 5-7 business days.
• Technical Issues: If you believe there is a technical issue, please contact us at support@billbookindia.in with your order ID and the date of payment.
